| We are a traditional chapter based on the original outline of the 82nd Airborne Division Association as created during the Normandy Invasion of WWII and chartered by an act of the United States Congress. Membership numbers 140, and as the most active parade and event chapter in Michigan, we represent the history and traditions of our Airborne and Glider troopers from the past to present. We have had and currently have members serving in the Global War on Terrorism. In 2011 our Parade and Event Team participated in 15 parades across Mid Michigan and 6 WWII historic displays. Imitated, but never duplicated.
